Shipping Information

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia — no minimum purchase required.

2. Do you provide express or expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We currently only offer Standard Shipping.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Delivery across Australia: 4–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time (including processing): 5–9 business days

5. What carriers do you use?
We work with trusted carriers such as Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Sendle.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Order Management

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order by contacting us immediately at 📧 sales@shopefy.com.au.
However, cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has started.

8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us right away if you need to change your address.
Once the order has shipped, address changes or rerouting cannot be guaranteed.

9. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Shopefy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

10. What if my package is undeliverable?
If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, it may incur a reshipping fee or be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

11. What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

12. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items

13. How do I start a return?
Email 📧 sales@shopefy.com.au or call 📞 +61 492 842 364 with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions once approved.

14. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

15. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

16. Are shipping fees refundable?
No. Shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable.

17. What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

  • Check your bank account or card again.

  • Contact your payment provider.

18. Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

19. Can delivery take longer during holidays?
Yes. During high-demand seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early.

20. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
